Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after your product is delivered to request a return.
Please note if an order was cancelled after it shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for actual return shipping charges. If your order is undeliverable for any reason and returned to us, you will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred to and from the destination.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ongreensports.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
For defective or missing parts, please contact us first for a quick resolution for replacement parts. We will assist the purchaser with any such claims if requested.
Refunds
No refund for final sales or refurbished products.
Buyers need to be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product they received was damaged or not as exact as described.
The returned item must be unassembled and has to be not used and with all accessories, otherwise, the dealing fee or a deduction may be applied.
The refund will be initiated once your product is received back in our warehouse and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund takes 5-10 days to process. Refunds will be made in the original method of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
